The call for the 2nd edition of EURA Industry 4.0 Innovation Bootcamp is open. A complete and updated course designed to offer the most advanced insight on Robotics and AI regulation to engineers, law students, lawyers, practitioners, investors, entrepreneurs, business-people interested either in bringing R&AI products onto the market or in making use of R&AI solutions or industrial processes in their businesses, with a focus on Industry 4.0 themes.
REGISTRATION EXTENDED until the 14th of September
This year the course will take place online, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, from September 17th to September 26th, and will have an adapted schedule for this new format: classes will be held three days a week, over two weeks, for a total of 4 academic hours per day. That way will help participants to learn about the latest development in the field of Law, Economic & Technology with the help of internationally renowned experts, at a convenient time and from the comfort of their home.
The teaching body includes a broad range of professors of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna and of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on the Regulation of Robotics and AI, coming from various fields such as law, engineering, philosophy, social robotics, management and innovation, providing an extremely interdisciplinary perspective. Most of the professors have actively participated in the Jean Monnet Module “Europe Regulates Robotics” and the previous RoboLaw project, funded by the European Commission, which developed the “Guidelines on Regulating Robotics” presented to the European Parliament and Commission in September 2014.
How to apply
To participate, the applicants must have gained at least 1st Cycle University Degree, awarded after the competition of at least a triennial university cours. Also, knowledge of English is required (at least B2 from the CF).
